Sisterhood Mishloach Manot Fundraiser

Be happy . . . it will soon be Adar! . .  . and as the days grow longer -- and sunshine beckons us ahead to thoughts of springtime -- we look forward to the joyful reading of Megillat Esther (the Book of Esther) on Thursday evening, March 13, and to the day-long celebration of Purim on Friday, March 14.   Get ready to plan your costumes, tune up your groggers (noisemakers), and prepare for a fun and festive time in the life of our congregation!

To celebrate the fun of baking together in the synagogue once again, preparing thousands of hamentaschen, and assembling mishloach manot (Purim treats) for the entire congregation, we have chosen a new plan for this year’s Purim celebration, and we hope that it will make you smile.  Click HERE to read all about it!

Farewell Party for Ron & Randy Ehrenberg

We have been blessed with the presence of the Ehrenbergs for over 50 years.  They are now moving to be closer to family. Ron and Randy have each served as president of TBE at different times and many other positions. 

Please join us on Sunday March 2 at 1pm in the Social Hall for a free luncheon farewell party to say goodbye to Ron and Randy. They will be missed.

Temple Beth-El Adult Education Program 5785(2024-2025) Celebrating 100 Years of TBE!

 

Ongoing study of Jewish tradition, history, literature, and thought is a critical component of Jewish life, and a central, dynamic element of Jewish experience. Under the inspired leadership of Rabbi Emeritus Scott Glass and now Rabbi Caleb Brommer, our community has developed multiple opportunities and venues for us to engage Jewish texts and ideas. Adult Education classes are open to all members of the TBE community free of charge. Contributions to the Adult Education Fund support this program and are deeply appreciated.
